Ramona Olvera, PhD

President & Lead Consultant

Dr. Ramona & her labradoodle, Ziggy

Dr. Ramona earned her PhD in Social Policy and her master’s in Women and Gender Studies. She has over 25 years experience in evaluation and social science/health research. She also is a trainer and educator. She spends free time volunteering with organizations doing good in Toledo and internationally and socializing with friends from around the globe.

Brent Archer, PhD

Co-Founder & Consultant

Dr. Brent Archer has a PhD in Communication Disorders & is a certified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP). He has worked as a SLP in South Africa, Louisiana, New York, and Ohio. He specializes in work with people who experience communication difficulty after a stroke, a disorder called aphasia. 

Dr. Archer is an educator, mentor, and qualitative research methods expert who centers the lived-experiences of patients and community members in his work. He lives in Ohio.

Amy K. Kuntz, MPH

Programing and Community-Engagement Manager

Amy K. Kuntz, MPH, is a public health leader and prevention professional with a strong track record of advancing community-driven strategies to address substance use and improve population health outcomes. With expertise spanning project management, data governance, and coalition building, she brings a collaborative and systems-focused approach to complex public health challenges.

Amy has led multi-faceted initiatives that support statewide prevention efforts including overseeing project planning, implementation, evaluation, and stakeholder engagement while providing technical assistance to partners across sectors.

She also has extensive experience leading harm reduction expansion efforts, managing evidence-based programming focused on overdose prevention, and facilitating cross-sector collaboration to address the opioid crisis. In all her roles she has demonstrated a commitment to using data-informed strategies and authentic partnerships to drive meaningful change.

She holds a Master of Public Health from The Ohio State University and a bachelor’s degree in Interpersonal and Public Communications from The University of Akron.
